La terraza-piscina en la azotea es el argumento más concreto del proyecto; el resto de la propuesta gastronómica se reduce a un único restaurante.

We really loved the hotel. It's beautiful on the inside and out. The room (a standard king with a balcony and ocean view) was chic, well-thought-out, spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Alma, at the front desk, was a darling. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The location was great for our purposes. There were great food places around. I'd definitely stay there next time!
This is a really lovely hotel with an incredible view on the rooftop. Really clean as well. Alma, our front desk concierge was really kind and welcoming and made our experience even better. The only complaint I have is the bar across the street playing shitty millennial rap till 2 AM so loud it was shaking the walls 😂 (only happened one night).
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Indigo Playa Del Carmen. The staff were all extremely kind, spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to help when I needed it. The location was perfect for a stay in town if you’re not into resorts. Reasonably quiet (by PdC standards) and close to the beach and the main strip. Felt perfectly safe in this area and walked around comfortably alone at night. If you get a high floor on the west side you will get some nice breeze from the ocean. Will absolutely stay again.
Special mention to all the staff who helped me. Alma and Larro (I hope I have their names right) during the day were kind and both went above and beyond to help. The man who checked me in late at night was also very helpful but I did not get his name. Also the lady working at the restaurant in the afternoon on the 25th April was working very hard to take care of all the guests downstairs and at the pool.

This was an absolutely amazing stay! Yes, the hotel is brand new, and it really feels as such. Every single worker here was extremely polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are extremely clean, and the decor made it extremely cozy. After long days of activities and heat, we were always looking forward to coming back to our rooms to relax. The breakfast also was fantastic and we did not experience any issues with long waits for breakfast or mistakes. I read a lot of reviews here that complained about the noise, I don't know if it was because I was on a higher floor but our room was dead silent each night. Such a great location that's walking distance from the beach and the main strip. If you're looking into a place to stay that won't disappoint I promise you Hotel Indigo is it.
Wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Playa del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful, clean with great atmosphere, stylish rooms, and an excellent location close to everything. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. A special thank you to Alma Santos for her exceptional service, kindness, and attention to detail. She truly made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
