Our experience was the hotel staff provided a lack of service, the hotel had deteriorating rooms, and they were stingy on amenities. Negatives: - The business center was very loud with constant interruptions by hotel staff who were entering to replace equipment, take measurements, and be on their phone. They all clearly saw I was working (and on virtual teleconference phone calls). If you are looking for a quiet area to work, I do not recommend the business center. Hotel staff had no regard or respect. When I asked if I could use one of the dedicated conference rooms (all were empty), I was told they cost money, despite staff making a lot of noise in the common area. - Our in-room shower faucet handle was coming apart and had nearly detached from the wall. - Our shower head had a severe leak that was shooting water up directly at the shower light bulb. - Our in-room refrigerator would not get or stay cold. - We asked for some extra in-room coffee pods (only two are provided). The front desk told us there is a maximum of two coffee pods per day. - There are no ice machines on any floor. You have to order ice at an expensive cost from room service. (There is an Oxxo convenience store two blocks away that sells large bags of ice.) The fact is many of these amenities: ice, extra coffee, free business center conference rooms, are all available at smaller hotels. It is astounding that an alleged four-star hotel foregoes all of these items. The positives: The 2nd floor catwalk provides a very nice view. The poolside seating is a very nice place to unwind. You are centrally located and within walking distance to everything in Centro. We just expected more and were very disappointed. I think you will find better options nearby.

Overall, a fantastic new hotel in a great location in Monterrey. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and my room was perfect. It’s very quiet and I never heard anyone else on the floor. Beds were comfy, the shower was nice, and the cleaning was top notch. I ordered room service a few times and the quality ranged heavily; soup was good, enchiladas were cold and old… and the breakfast buffet was not that great, it’s small and limited. My Spanish isn’t great and I would say about one and four people on the staff spoke English, so that ran into some problems for me as a foreigner. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would stay there again!

Hotel was really nice and modern looking. Staff in the restaurant did not speak english very well except for the main chef. Good location near to downtown. Uber to centre costs around 45mx which is around 2,2€. There's two small stores (Oxxo) and an ATM right next to the hotel. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The rooms have Alexa smart speaker in them which I guess someone could consider positive. We unplugged it from the power outlet. Breakfast buffet was also good, even though there was not that many options to choose from. View from the mountain view room was excellent! Special mention to the younger male receptionist. He was really helpful and spoke perfect English!

The facilities are excellent and the hotel is truly beautiful. The property is very well maintained and visually impressive. However, there is a significant issue: the hotel does not accept U.S. dollars. As an international traveler, this was quite inconvenient. During breakfast, I only had $50 and $100 bills and no local currency, so I was unable to leave a tip. After that, the servers’ attitude noticeably changed and the service became less attentive. There was another situation that was even more disappointing. On one occasion, my wife stayed at the hotel while I stepped out for work. She did not have the credit card with her at that moment and attempted to order room service. They refused to accept U.S. dollars and also refused to charge the order to the room for payment upon my return. As a result, I had to send her money through Uber just so she could pay. The lack of flexibility and understanding in that situation felt unnecessarily cold and unaccommodating. Additionally, the front desk staff came across as somewhat rigid and not particularly welcoming. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but guest service, flexibility, and a more accommodating approach toward international travelers would greatly improve the experience.
