AVOID IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP!!!!
Firstly, I want to say this hotel isn’t all bad. The food was genuinely excellent and is probably the only reason I would rate it as highly as I have. However, there were far too many negatives for us to return.
The hotel looks modern and stylish in the photos, but in reality it feels quite run down. The pool area especially needs attention, with loose decking boards and screws sticking out in places. The sun umbrellas also don’t move, so if you’re trying to get out of the sun, you’re pretty much out of luck.
The hotel is predominantly aimed at German guests. As English visitors, we honestly felt invisible for most of the holiday. Apart from the cleaners, who weren’t particularly friendly themselves, hardly any staff spoke to us or even smiled. If you’re English and hoping for a more mixed atmosphere, I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel or even this area.
The rooms are very small with no proper wardrobe space. The balcony is tiny and enclosed, and the balcony door is incredibly difficult to open. The bathroom is also very small, and instead of a proper bathroom door there’s a sliding wooden panel that doesn’t close properly, meaning there’s very little privacy.
The biggest issue by far was the noise. The walls are paper thin. We were woken up on five out of our seven nights by extremely loud guests between 2:00am and 4:30am. On the other two mornings, we were woken early by cleaners repeatedly banging beds against the walls while cleaning rooms. We complained 4 times during our stay, but nothing changed.
The air conditioning was also very disappointing. Even on its lowest setting, our room never went below 22°C, which is simply not good enough in the middle of July.
The food was by far the best part of the hotel. Breakfast offered a huge selection of fresh, high-quality food every morning. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious.
The music around the pool wasn’t to our taste. A DJ plays house music from around 11am until 6 or 7pm every day, often repeating the same songs. On Fridays and Saturdays the hotel sells day passes, making the pool extremely busy, and evening beach parties take place until around 11pm. If you’re looking for a lively party hotel, you’ll probably enjoy it. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday and a good night’s sleep, this definitely isn’t the place.
A few useful things we only discovered because we asked: your wristband can be used to pay for drinks and purchases around the hotel as well as acting as your room key, which is really convenient. Pool towels are available for €10 each, but again, nobody told us this on arrival.
The beach is only about a five-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is also heavily geared towards German tourists. Throughout our entire week we didn’t hear any English music, and there were very few English-speaking visitors.
Palma city is around a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. We paid around €32 each way, which felt quite expensive.
Overall, if you’re looking for a lively party hotel where sleep isn’t a priority, this hotel may suit you. If you’re hoping for a relaxing holiday with friendly service and a good night’s sleep, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We wish we had done some more research ourselves before coming to this area. We felt very let down by TUI.
0 STARS!! DO NOT STAY, IT ISN'T WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. I don't normally write reviews like this as I travel a lot and don't have time but I had to write one for this place, where do I start... it took me and my girlfriend a long time to check in even though there were multiple people in reception (all male staff talking to the female travellers), they charged me an extra 30 euros for a nonrefundable charge which they weren't clear on even though when booking said the final price included all the fees and charges. Got to the room and it was very bad, no air conditioning, broken shower door handle, no flooring on the bathroom floor and many other little things broken. The door wouldn't lock properly either and the frame around the door was coming away which made it hard to close, my girlfriend felt very unsafe as not only was the door quite literally hanging off the hinges there were men running up and down the hallway banging doors, shouting and trying handles. This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing adults only hotel but the adults were acting worse than children. Second day was even worse, we put a "Do not disturb" sign on our room as all our valuables were in our room on display but they ignored it and went into our room anyways, although breakfast was okay the selection wasn't great, the only good thing was the pool temperature which was very cool after being in the sun all day. Pool staff were extremely rude, me and my girlfriend came down with our room towels as there weren't any instructions on how to get pool towels and a early 30s guy quite literally shouted at my girlfriend for using them and demanded we buy nonrefundable 10 euro towels at reception, my girlfriend also got shouted at by a mid 30s women for having a drink at the pool and they made her drink it outside of the hotel which wasn't great as she felt ill. Apparently you aren't allowed drinks around the pool which was weird as everyone else was drinking both alcohol and soft drinks bought outside the hotel. Again going back to the adults only and relaxing part of the review, the pool was uncomfortably loud with music at full volume and someone playing the drums very loudly, although it does say a DJ setting it was unbearably loud, we had to leave the hotel and go to the beach for some peace and quiet (we weren't the only guests that thought this) There is one good thing about this hotel though and that's the location, its only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach which although is nice everything else makes it a very bad and a uncomfortable hotel. As mentioned I have stayed in many many hotels due to my travels but this is by far the worse I've stayed in, after my bad experience I've looked through the reviews closely and noticed that 99 percent of the reviews are written by either the owner or staff which isn't a good sign. If there's anyway to get any compensation I'd really appreciate it but if not I'm just glad I can help other travellers not stay in a hotel thats run on lies and deception.
Hotel was ok. Air con didn’t work, they gave us a fan but room was still hot. Not really comfortable, staff were ok some more helpful than others but mostly nice. Breakfast was a good selection however very busy sometimes hard to find a table. Was ok for a few days stay. Wouldn’t stay again.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The concept is truly outstanding — everything feels thoughtfully designed and creates a unique, vibrant atmosphere that really sets it apart.
The music was excellent throughout our stay, always setting the perfect mood without being overwhelming. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
A special shoutout goes to Laura, the best company at the bar ever! She is friendly, attentive, and makes outstanding drinks. She really adds something special to the whole experience.
The rooms have been renovated and look modern and stylish at first glance. While the updates seem to be more cosmetic than structural, this is really complaining at a very high level. Overall, the comfort and cleanliness were absolutely fine.
All in all, a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and unbeatable value for money. We would definitely come back!
The poolside, reception, bar and restaurant are all lovely and the staff very friendly, particularly Xavier on reception and Laura behind the bar.
Great location. Comfortable beds. Very German resort and I really liked it as a Scottish girl. Beautiful beach. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Very near the airport so transfer from Jet2 was about 20 minutes.
I booked a single room and when i checked in I was offered the option to upgrade to a double which I thought was a little strange. The room was tiny but the colour they have painted everything is battleship grey. So it made it even more dinghy. The balcony faced the back, had no sun and was only big enough for a chair and small table. Also no soundproofing. Despite putting on nice new doors controlled by your wristband they slam every time someone goes in or out.
A face-lift would make this an amazing hotel
